Unopened Products

If your product is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Simply contact us with your order number and we'll arrange the return.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the product — just send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it immediately.

Change of Mind

We understand. If you've opened the product but simply changed your mind, we'll issue store credit for the value of your purchase. Store credit can be used on any future order and does not expire.

How to Request a Return

• Email support@sanctusvitals.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions (if applicable).
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product (or immediately for faulty/damaged goods).
• Return shipping costs are covered by us for faulty/damaged products. For other returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Exceptions

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products purchased as part of a promotional bundle must be returned as a complete set.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or tampering.
